Cheat Codes set clubs asimmer with sultry new single, ‘I Feel Ya’
Cheat Codes make like their name and extend to listeners a ‘cheat code’ for nightclub sonic seduction, their new single, “I Feel Ya.” The sultry house heater saunters forth at a mid-tempo as veteran vocalist, Ina Wroldsen, verbalizes the track’s lyrics. Lyrically, “I Feel Ya” is anticipatory. Wroldsen’s smoothly sung invitation–“you wanna get out this club?”–is a flirty, forward address that’s anything but coy.
Danny Quest joins Wroldsen and Cheat Codes, to assist the electronic trio in the construction of what arguably arises as Cheat Codes’ most alluring release to date, a single well suited for dancing close in dimly lit atmospheres. The followup to Cheat Codes’ previous collaboration alongside Kaskade, “Be The One,” “I Feel Ya” extends the house leaning course that Cheat Codes then toed with the Redux 003 producer.
