Seven Lions is teaming up with Dimibo for new psytrance project, Abraxis
Seven Lions has proven to be a true chameleon when it comes to his production output. The former Anjunabeats darling creates and performs everything from cutting dubstep records to euphoric trance and future bass. This fall he will embark upon a new sonic journey with Dimibo under psy trance alias, Abraxis. Fans in this niche might already recognize Dimibo, who are a Seattle based psy trance duo and a fixture on Seven Lions’ label, Ophelia Records. The project will be debuted at Dreamstate Southern California.
This announcement comes at the heels of the producer’s recent Alchemy tour announcement, which will see him perform alongside NGHTMRE, The Glitch Mob, and SLANDER at over 19 tour stops across the U.S. This in addition to Abraxis is certainly enough to keep the Seven Lions busy. While it’s clear the new project is performance-heavy, the collaborators have yet to confirm whether or not they’ll be putting out joint releases.
