REZZ has a two-hour, entirely original BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix on the way
REZZ has been quite vocal about expanding her already prolific sonic catalog this year. She’s positioned to release her next EP, Beyond The Senses, by the end of this month, July 24, to be precise. In anticipation for the release, she’s cooking up a two-hour BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix chock-full of REZZ originals only, both old and new.
The weekly radio show has featured some of the most eminent envoys in the electronic macrocosm as guests throughout its vast tenure on the British airwaves, including offerings from Eric Prydz, Carl Cox, and Daft Punk, just to offer a fragmentary window into the series’ hallowed archives.
REZZ first appeared on the channel alongside mau5trap label boss, deadmau5, back in 2017, on behalf of his BBC Radio residency. However, the upcoming appearance will mark her debut Essential Mix effort.
