Hot off the success of Party Favor’s debut album “Layers,” comes the official remix pack featuring reworks from Wuki, Blanke, Troy Boi, BIJOU, Dabow, Duke & Junes, and J. Worra.  Just like the album, the remix package spans many layered styles and genres. A plethora of tones suitable for any type of listener. The undisputed stand out on the “Layers” was “Wasabi,” the give no fucks Salvator Ganacci collab with its goofy, yet highly contagious top line. It’s no surprise then that its remix stands out on this 8-track package.

The pack includes plenty of inspired remixes that dabble in trap, dubstep, bass and house from some of the best producers in the business, but its the relatively unknown J. Worra’s heavy-handed house rework of “Wasabi” that steals the spotlight. If the original was a bit too main stage and EDM-y for you, LA’s house music heroine completely flips the script, leaving little recognizable from the album version — except for the titular verse.
