Martin Garrix carries on performance following bee sting in throat
It seems Martin Garrix can take on an extraordinary amount of pain when it comes to giving his fans a good performance. The most recent example of this happened over Labor Day Weekend in Montreal, where the DJ sustained a bee sting inside his throat just 10 minutes into his set at Beachclub and continued to perform anyhow.
Garrix didn’t only push himself until he couldn’t stand the pain anymore—right after seeking medical care for the sting, according to a post from the club owner, he apparently proceeded to get right back on stage. He ended up giving his fans a bonus half hour of tunes.

The bee sting incident comes just after the artist recovered from an ankle sprain earlier in the summer season that happened during a show in Vegas. This was where fans first got to see just how much Garrix had been willing to endure for them, as he moved forward with his tour dressed with an ankle boot and crutches.
