ORBIT Playlist: Illenium selects some emotionally charged bass ahead of Breakaway Festival
On October 5, Charlotte, North Carolina will be transformed into a dance music haven when Breakaway touches down at the AvidXchange Music Factory Fest Grounds. It’s packed with to the brim with high-charged bass and flecked with sentimentality, emulating the curatorial prowess often seen during the artist’s sets. San Holo, DROELOE, REZZ, Seven Lions, and Adventure Club are just a few of the artists comprising this euphoria-inducing playlist; expect to hear similar tones during Illenium’s Breakaway set as well, alongside some new cuts from his latest LP.
The producer also shared some thoughts around the playlist:
“These are some of my favorite songs that I’ve been listening to lately along with a few tracks from my latest album ASCEND. I can’t wait to be back in North Carolina to play Breakaway on Oct. 5th and share my new album set with everyone!”
