Amazon continues music expansion via Intersect Festival – with Gesaffelstein, Anderson .Paak, The Black Madonna and more

Amazon seems to be making a serious move toward acquiring a larger stake within the music industry. On top of debuting its new lossless streaming service—the first ever offering listeners a high definition listening experience—they’ve now making a foray into festival territory via Intersect. The two-day affair will take place on December 6 and 7 in the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.

Talent bookers for the nascent festival have assembled a wide-ranging lineup with top tier talent. Headlining the festival’s first day are Kacey Musgraves and Beck, with electronic legends Gesaffelstein, The Black Madonna, Jamie xx, and SOPHIE all joining along for the ride. Day Two brings sees Anderson .Paak headlining alongside the Foo Fighters, Flying Lotus, Max Cooper, Kaytranada, and more.
