GRiZMAS is back for sixth charitable music event in Detroit

GRiZMAS is back, returning to The Masonic Temple in Detroit, Michigan. The sixth annual philanthropy event, thrown by GRiZ in his hometown, will take place Dec. 13 and 14, including a set fueled with the electronic-funk master’s favorites from 2010 through 2017 on Friday and a showcase of his biggest stage production yet, The Imaginarium, on Saturday. The Saturday set will include songs from his sixth studio album, Ride Waves, and all facets of the three-part Bangers EP series, along with unreleased Easter eggs, of course.

GRiZ has taken the season of giving to the next level, with his popular “12 Days” of charitable events alongside the accomplished touring artist and producer himself.

Started in 2014, GRiZ’s 12 Days of GRiZMAS has made an impact across various communities in Detroit, raising more than $100,000 in the last two years alone to help fund music education, art programs, and coding lessons across Detroit’s public schools. All proceeds are sent to the nonprofit organization, Seven Mile.
