It might come as a suprise to some that, after over a decade spent as a leading progressive house figure, Jeremy Olander has yet to add a full-length album to his glimmering discography. That’s all going to change on November 29, when his first longform effort arrives on Balance. For two decades now, the Melbourne-based imprint has served as a pillar within the melodic house community, making it a fitting home for Olander’s current undertaking. Balance Presents: Vivrant will manifest as a mix compilation format, focusing heavily on a slew of fresh releases from the Vivrant label boss, in addition to exclusives from an array of his closest friends and colleagues. Expect an emotive ride through darkness, light, and everything in between.
A longtime friend of Dancing Astronaut, Jeremy Olander partnered with us to offer something special to fans. He’ll be giving two lucky winners a signed vinyl of his milestone album debut, in addition to a pair of AA tickets to any of his upcoming tour dates in support of the record. The tour includes highlight stops at LA’s Sound, Toronto institution Coda, Analog Brooklyn, and London’s E1.
