Nora En Pure breaks in new imprint, Purified Records, with inaugural release, Marius Drescher’s ‘Panem’

Nora En Pure has just inked a deal on her new imprint, Purified Records. Given the producer’s tenure in the electronic sector, some listeners may marvel that Nora En Pure had not yet integrated a label in her well-established Purified brand. Now, the DJ/producer will have the opportunity to more frontally display her curatorial strengths as the head of Purified Records, and she wastes no time in doing so.

The platform, which the “Come With Me” creator will use to distribute her own music as well as others’ has already welcomed its inaugural release—a six-track EP from Marius Drescher, Panem. The invigorating house effort materializes as a well-balanced serving of regular and extended mixes.

Drescher proffers a prolonged version of each of Panem’s three cuts, its eponymous opening number, “Ardor,” and “Tunnel Vision,” simultaneously whetting and satiating the appetites of the underground enthusiasts who lust for a lengthier listening experience. Panem speaks for itself, and needless to say, the EP provides a defining kick start to Purified Records…but we’ll assert it nonetheless.
