Las Vegas nightlife veteran, Ryan Perrings announces new talent venture, The Brightside Agency

In Las Vegas entertainment executive circles, Ryan Perrings’ name tends to carry a lot of weight. That’s because his credentials include a meteroic rise to Director of Entertainment for the Wynn, as well as a two-year stint as Executive Director of Talent Marketing for Station Casinos. He’s been responsible for booking some of the Strip’s most in-demand residencies during electronic music’s Vegas gold rush over the last decade. Now, Perrings is moving to a different corner of the industry with the launch of The Brightside Agency—an homage to The Killer’s still-inescapable hit that soundtracked Perrings’ early days as a VIP host in the early 2000’s.

The Las Vegas-based Brightside Agency is a three-headed beast—a talent brokerage as well as a marketing and events agency. Recently, the veteran nightlight executive spoke with Billboard, describing the nee venture as, “a triple-vertical agency to help with talent brokerage for people in a position where they don’t have the access to artists or to the agent … in supplementary support we can do events as well as help with marketing, whether that be digital or traditional.” The agency will aim to streamline booking efforts for interested parties that wouldn’t normally have the contacts or industry connections to do so. With new ways of connecting with a booking talent seemingly a major industry trend, look for Perrings new venture to help lead the charge in a new way to secure celebrity talent and event support.
