NGHTMRE taps BLVK JVCK for monstrous update to his Gunna-assisted single, ‘CASH COW’

There are far and few producers who have melded the worlds of both electronic music and hip-hop more methodically than NGHTMRE has in 2019. After offering a twofer of both a traditional and dubstep rendering of his A$AP Ferg collaboration, “REDLIGHT” this past spring, an analogous deal was surely expected when NGHTMRE doubled down with Gunna for “CASH COW” just one month ago. Those who have been in attendance for NGHTMRE’s visually enthralling The Portal Tour these past few weeks knew that this day was surely imminent as he discharges the re-energized mix of “CASH COW,” with the help of BLVK JVCK.

NGHTMRE admirably gratifies every desire that his purist supporters may have been seeking as the dubstep-engulfed behemoth swings the conventional trap instrumental on its head. In a message to Billboard Dance regarding the collaboration, NGHTMRE had this to say:

“Working with Gunna on ‘Cash Cow’ was really a special experience. I always knew I wanted to make a higher energy VIP version of the track for my live shows. Blvk Jvck is insanely talented and as soon as he sent me this idea I knew it would be perfect to work in together as a collaboration. It feels like a great blend of both our sounds.”
