A highlight of 2018’s electronically aligned release activity, Whethan‘s seminal EP gets an all encompassing edit on Life of a Wallflower Vol. 1 (Remixes). Each of Whethan’s originals undergo revision on the remix album, with MELVV, SAINT WKND, Perto, TRAILS, Ramzoid, Chet Porter, and No Mana each breaking out their red pens.
Not one to be left on the sidelines, Whethan figures into the re-imaginative lineup, revamping Broods feature, “Be Like You.” Life of a Wallflower Vol. 1 (Remixes) is further differentiated from the debut EP by its inclusion of Danny L Harle‘s rework of the 2017 Charli XCX-assisted “Love Gang.” The original EP itself saw release in November of 2018, through Big Beat Records.
