Galantis release ‘Unless it Hurts’ ahead of full album release
Galantis is just days away from their full CHURCH album release, and the duo comprised of Christian Karlsson and Linus Eklöw continue to release singles off of the compilation. The singles they have released thus far have steadily built listeners’ anticipation for the album’s full release, which is set to come out this Friday.
The newest addition to the release list is titled “Unless it Hurts,” and the track is a continuation of their sonic diversification on the album. The song opens to soft vocals complimented by the piano and a noticeable lack of electronic production elements. The energy increases as the chorus nears with a building piano and drum backdrop. The infectious Galantis sound takes over during the drop with heavily synthesized and dance-inducing notes. “Unless it Hurts” is the perfect release for the height of a party, and it is out now via Atlantic Records.
