Moog and Korg make their production apps free in wake of COVID-19 outbreak
Amid the global COVID-19 lockdowns, many of us are confined to our homes, and for some, boredom could set in quickly. However, for aspiring music producers, Moog and Korg have your backs right now.
Korg‘s iKaossilator application for iOS and Android and Moog‘s Model D application for iOS are now available free of charge. The iKaossilator application can be use at no cost until March 31, at which point it will revert back to its $19.99 price point.
Moog announced that the Model D application was newly free in an Instagram post that called the price waiver “a gift to spread positivity, creativity, and expressivity…A chance to share the way we hear the world around us.”
