The Do LaB cancels Lightning in a Bottle 2020, future status uncertain
The 2020 installment of The Do LaB‘s annual Lightning in a Bottle music festival has been cancelled, according to a statement issued on March 13. The Do LaB attributed the event’s indefinite cancellation to health concerns related to the coronavirus as well as the capacity restrictions imposed by the state of California’s recent suspension of gatherings in excess of 250 people.
No further details about the future of Lightning in a Bottle are available at this time, including information about refunds. Lightning in a Bottle was slated to return to Buena Vista Lake from May 20-25. James Blake, Kaytranada, Four Tet, Keys N Krates, and Justin Martin were among the diverse selection of talent scheduled to play the festival’s 2020 iteration.
