Tiësto remixes Will Ferrell’s ‘Double Trouble’
The so-called “Godfather of EDM,” Tiësto is seemingly always finding inventive ways to freshen his electronic approach, and his remix of a song featuring Will Ferrell is just the latest example. The original production, titled “Double Trouble,” hails from a new Netflix film, Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, starring Ferrell and Rachel McAdams. Ferrell lends his pipes to “Double Trouble” in tandem with fellow artist, My Marianne.
Tiësto’s rework, formally known as “Tiësto’s Euro 90s Tribute Remix,” engages the ’90s-reminiscent sound already present on “Double Trouble” to a greater degree, while evidencing the producer’s creative streak. After priming themselves for the film by streaming Tiësto’s latest, listeners can head to Netflix to view Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga.
