BRONSON disclose series of remix EPs for self-titled debut LP, share lead Cassian-supplied rework

Since its initial delivery at the onset of August, ODESZA and Golden Features‘ full-length eponymous debut as BRONSON has been playing on an uninterrupted loop, seamlessly running through all 10 of the album’s tracks. Succeeding the duo’s first-ever BRONSON mix as well as an exhaustive side-by-side commentary in the following weeks, ODESZA and Golden Features are letting little time pass before breathing new life into their masterful outing, disclosing an upcoming string of three remix EPs.

Scheduled to release on October 16, the first handful of BRONSON adaptations, branded as Remixes Nº.1, will tap the likes of Cassian, O’Flynn, Skream, OFFAIAH, and Tunnelvisions. To help ease the two-week waiting period before the EPs’ complete issuance, BRONSON have set free Cassian’s melodic spin of “Know Me” in tandem with day’s news revelation.

With more concrete details presumed to be disclosed in the coming weeks regarding parts two and three, BRONSON will be recruiting HAAi, Prospa, TSHA, Patrick Topping, and Hayden James among others for further remix responsibilities. ODESZA and Golden Features expanded on their blueprint behind BRONSON’s musical nature and the decision to task a multi-part EP series, explaining,

“The BRONSON project was originally born out of a need to push our own creative boundaries and to allow us the space to create something that felt experimental and free from expectation. Connecting with this amazing group of producers for the BRONSON Remixes was really just an extension of that–they were able to take tracks from the album and reinvent them, all while staying true to the ethos of the project. The end result is a collection of reworks that lives in its own distinct lane, giving the album a renewed energy. Special thanks to all of the talented artists involved for adding their own spin to the project.”
