Flume, Eprom release never-before-heard collaboration, ‘Nor. 7,’ on fundraiser compilation album

A new Flume and Eprom collaboration has hit the market—for just 24 hours. Several years ago, the producers’ writing trip to Norway yielded “Nor. 7,” a joint project that, for reasons undisclosed, remained under wraps without an official release date in sight. In an unexpected turn of fate, “Nor. 7” is at last gaining its wings through Good Music To Avert The Collapse of American Democracy, a philanthropic compilation album available via Bandcamp.

Stocked with never-before-heard releases ranging from covers to remixes to live versions and more, Good Music To Avert The Collapse of American Democracy also features previously elusive works from My Morning Jacket, Tycho, clipping., Grouplove, Sylvan Esso, Hayley Williams, and many more. All net proceeds from the album’s sale will benefit Fair Fight, a voter’s rights organization that “promotes fair elections around the country through voter education, election reform, and combating voter suppression.”
