Lane 8 rings in the new season with three-hour ‘Fall 2020 Mixtape’ [Stream]

It might be a full week into fall, but September 29 can officially be hailed as the first day of the season as Lane 8 drops the hammer with his highly anticipated “Fall 2020 Mixtape,” further propping up his candidacy for this year’s seat on the producer throne. A mere handful of days removed from the This Never Happened overseer’s grandiose remix package for Brightest Lights, the season’s greeting adds onto Lane 8’s unbroken activity throughout 2020, most recently comprising the LP’s reissue as well as his collaborative Cross Pollination mini-album and a sunrise performance on Colorado’s Grand Lake.

Arriving nearly three months to the day of the series’ summer edition, and confirming our mixtape due date prediction from less than 24 hours ago, Lane 8 follows through with three-and-a-half continuous hours of sublime selections, stretching from yet to be identified label releases, his own hand-crafted efforts, and plenty of other carefully-selected tracks.
