Take a trip with Getter’s gnarly new single ‘BAD ACID’
In typical Getter fashion, the producer and internet sensation has delivered “BAD ACID,” a finely curated slice of heaven, or perhaps hell. Over the course of his come up, Getter has proven not to be bound by a single genre or style, though “BAD ACID” certainly meets the producer’s distinct aesthetic. In all of its chaotic glory, “BAD ACID” is, simply put, the gnarled expression that epitomizes a trip gone wrong.
Heavy handed, bulldozing bass stabs come together with the same sedated tonality as Getter’s wonky and reverberative 2017 cut, “Inhalant Abuse.” Getter is expected to relieve fans with his long-awaited new EP, which back in September was reported by Getter himself to be, dropping “any day now.” Until then, “BAD ACID” will certainly hold fans over.
