David Guetta and MORTEN stoke the ‘future rave’ fire with ‘Save My Life’
Proclaimed by MORTEN to be “future rave in its full effect,” “Save My Life” expands the Danish tastemaker and David Guetta‘s artillery of future rave anthems. Hot on the heels of the production pair’s debut EP New Rave, released in July, “Save My Life” is a vortex of sound that promises to fill each corner of any venue with its larger-than-life technics.
Hardened by a hammering four-on-the-floor beat, “Save My Life” emerges as a surefire catalyst for dance floor romping and hands in the air action. Defined in part by the unmistakable vigor that has threaded MORTEN and Guetta’s future rave cooperatives to date, “Save My Life” is bursting at the seams with energy that spills forth from song to video. Pulling up to the new music Friday platform with a Balász Simon-directed visual, “Save My Life” arrives with an arresting sense of presence.
