Tritonal, Au5 go bass heavy with powerful new single ‘Happy Where We Are’ with Dylan Matthew
Tritonal have enlisted both Au5 and Dylan Matthew for a powerful new single, “Happy Where We Are.” The song’s namesake is brought into focus early on as a vocal-led introduction features Dylan Matthew’s soulful versework. It drops into heavier territory compared to Tritonal’s typical sound, which is undoubtedly thanks to co-producer, Au5. An intense bass drop takes over after its initial moments, letting the track’s palpable production elements swell to the forefront of listener’s consciousness during the crux of the release.
Au5 shared some timely words on his Twitter surrounding the inspiration behind the song, noting that when people focus on what they don’t have, it prevents them from being able to enjoy where they currently are in their lives.
