Having recently joined the Dirty Soul Records set alongside Bakermat , Dutch producer Yuri Runs brings his latest to UK label, Let Me Hear It, to release his latest single ‘Song for Batwa.’ The exuberant piano house track was inspired by Yuri’s own expedition through Uganda and his interactions with the Batwa people he met. In an attempt to capture the magic of their vibrant culture, he’s crafted this excessively fun little jam that samples their chants and combines it with a his own buoyant production. A feel good track with an energy meant to start the most positive of parties, ‘Songs for Batwa’ is the type of free-spirited vibes we could all use right now.
