Alice Glass shares nefarious remix of Pabllo Vittar’s ‘Rajadão’
Alice Glass moves to bind polar opposites of the music spectrum with her latest delivery, remixing Brazilian singer-songwriter Pabllo Vittar‘s song “Rajadão.” Unexpectedly combining her vocal demeanor with psytrance, the former Crystal Castles member executes her latest output in prevailing fashion.
Arriving on Vittar’s 111 deluxe album package, Glass’ revision transforms the original song’s gospel-based lyrics into a conspicuously flagrant chant that Crystal Castle fans have been long accustomed to. The release follows Glass’ briefly resurfacing from her two-year hiatus, marked by recent track “NIGHTMARES,” set to appear on experimental label Sermon 3 Recordings’s forthcoming compilation, Sermon 4 Anniversary.
