CamelPhat engineer techno flair into ARTBAT and Sailor & I tag team, ‘Best of Me’
2021 is quickly ramping up to be an abundant year for CamelPhat. After unveiling their debut studio album Dark Matter last fall, the duo set its efforts to another LP—this time from Sailor & I—turning in a remix of ARTBAT and Sailor & I’s heavy-hitting collaboration, “Best of Me,” to the impending full-length. Sailor & I’s new album, Diving For Lost Treasure, will land on Get Physical’s sister label METAPHYSICAL.
The CamelPhat rework first surfaced during the Liverpool pair’s Printworks-hosted BBC Essential Mix before enjoying additional setlist rounds at Tomorrowland‘s virtual NYE endeavor and surfacing in their exclusive Apple Music NYE 2021 mix. Now, the Printworks ID officially hits the airwaves and brings with it a new reinvigoration of the sought-after emotive track. With sonic overlap between the three acts, CamelPhat’s remix hand unfolds a warehouse-emulated techno direction that coasts along the previous suspense-captivated foundations while retaining essential melodies.
