Dion Timmer enlists Lucii for ‘All My Thoughts’ ahead of ‘Arcane’ EP
Ahead of his full Arcane EP release on March 17, Dion Timmer has shared a new single from the forthcoming project titled “All My Thoughts,” and simultaneously enlisted one of Dancing Astronaut‘s Artist to Watch, Lucii for the occasion.
“All My Thoughts” finds a way to blend an emotional story with cutting production elements that take the listener on a multifaceted listening journey defined by electrifying synth stabs and impassioned vocals. The track takes an eccentric twist halfway through when the bass production subsides to a heavy electric guitar solo, leading the single to diverge temporarily from the standard electronic production.
On the collaboration’s origins, Lucii reveals,
“We’ve all walked through heartbreak. ‘All My Thoughts’ is about me losing the one I love and not being able to cope with the memories of them. Everything you see and do reminds you of this person you lost. I’m excited to kick-off 2021 with this collaboration with Dion Timmer.”
