A familiar name on labels like Toolroom and Ultra, Young’s pedigree for best-in-class house is in full display here. The producer and DJ brings European club sensibilities to every track he touches and “Don’t Give Up” follows in kind. There’s nothing big, brash or brazen here. No drops, time signature switches or stuttering vocals. Just a beautifully crafted house gem best suited for an early morning afters.
