Pendulum return once more with new single, ‘Come Alive’

Pendulum are back with a new single, some of their first new material since 2010’s platinum-certified Immersion LP. Now, following up on 2020’s hiatus-snapping twofer, “Driver” and “Nothing For Free,” the legendary Australian electronic outfit have turned in another new single, “Come Alive” as summer 2021 approaches.

The band’s signature blend of heavy guitar riffs, rushing synthwork, and Rob Swire‘s unmistakable vocals are on full display on “Come Alive,” with the group’s venerated sound still fully intact a decade later. While 2020’s comeback plans were hampered by COVID-19 shutdowns, Pendulum’s latest release, the two preceding tracks, and a livestreamed performance from the English Channel last year, all seek to lay the creative groundwork for the band’s full fledged return and the opening of a new stylistic era for Pendulum more than a decade since their last LP.

Hear “Come Alive” below, available now via Pendulum’s Earstorm Records.
