Drove wind the clock forward to ‘Dawn’ on STMPD RCRDS sequel EP featuring Dillon Francis

Drove didn’t misspend a single Friday in the concise walkout of their STMPD RCRDS sequel, yielding both “Peace Of Mind” as well as “Intoxicated” with Justin Caruso one spring week after the next. Winding the clock a full 12 hours forward from their Dusk EP, the Dutch trio is now carrying out the full-scale delivery of Dawn, turning in an additional three brand new originals to round out a five-part sophomore EP.

Following a correspondent outlet of inspiration to their January debut, Jelmer ten Hoeve (one-half of TV Noise), Eli Salomons, and Teun Wouters set out to ideate the sense of the EP’s title, explicitly derived from the Dutch trio’s early morning driving adventures. Dawn generates everything that comes with the solacing feeling of being awake at that time, generating a sense of summer leisure through all five of its house numbers, including “Keep The Lights On,” “Do To Me,” and a sublime reassembly alongside Dillon Francis for “Together.” TV Noise and Dillon Francis have bee far from collaborative strangers and Drove explained how they struck magic once more on a follow-up union happened, stating,

“We already had a collaboration with Dillon on our previous EP Dusk which hit 3M + streams. When we told Dillon about a sequel to Dusk he wanted to join immediately. This time choosing for a more darker themed production, resulting into our brand new song; ‘Together.'”
