KSHMR shares deluxe cut of ‘Harmonica Andromeda,’ adding five new singles to original LP
KSHMR has released the deluxe edition of his sophomore studio album, Harmonica Andromeda, which features five brand new singles in addition to the album’s original 14 tracks. KSHMR recently spoke with Dancing Astronaut in his Saturday Night Session interview sharing that he believed the album to be, “the most ambitious thing” he had `ever done, and the five new releases match the original compilation’s zealous production value.
One of the new singles, “You Don’t Need To Ask” with vocalist TZAR was released two days before the full release of the Harmonica Andromeda Deluxe version. Another highlight is the sultry and melodic “Slow” featuring Turkish DJ and producer Mahmut Orhan and longtime KSHMR collaborator KARRA. “Dusty Fairytale,” “Tupinambá,” and “Come To Life” round out the batch of new releases found of the deluxe cut of the album.
KSHMR speaks about the experience of making a deluxe version of Harmonica Andromeda in an official release, sharing,
“It was important to me that making a ‘Deluxe’ meant more than microwaving the leftovers. The additional five tracks are songs I absolutely love and actually made for the original release—but it felt right to spread the music out a bit and give each song its chance to shine.”
The deluxe cut of Harmonica Andromeda is out now via Dharma Worldwide. Listen below.
