Dillon Francis announces new album ‘Happy Machine,’ shares single ‘Reaching Out’

Dillon Francis has announced that his third studio album, Happy Machine is set to release on his 34th birthday, October 5. The Los Angeles-based producer revealed the LP’s latest single, titled “Reaching Out” featuring vocalist Bow Anderson, setting the album’s foundational tone with a catchy happy-house track to tease fans’ appetites. In a statement, the IDGAFOS factotum shared,

“I proudly present my 3rd album “Happy Machine” out October 5th! My birthday 🥳. I made “Happy Machine” throughout quarantine and it was the most fulfilling and serendipitous processes I’ve experienced as an artist. My goal was to give people something joyous during a time of deep uncertainty and turmoil, something I hope will provide a bit of brightness and fun. This is by far my most collaborative album yet, and being able to work with so many talented artists, songwriters and producers from all over the world toward one common goal to create something positive, as we all go through this difficult experience, felt unifying and hopeful. I can’t wait for you to hear the whole album but until then enjoy the newest single “reaching out” w @bowanderson and please presave at the link in bio. Love y’all”

“Reaching Out” follows two new cuts from Francis—“Unconditional” with 220 KID and Bryn Christopher as well as “Love Me Better” with Shift K3Y and Marc E. Bassy. With one common goal in mind, Francis continues to deliver an anchorage of warmth and bliss through his collaborative efforts and his latest single. Listen to “Reaching Out” below.
