Kaskade shares two-hour 4K stream of legendary SoFi Stadium set
On July 17, Kaskade added to his ever-growing resume by being commissioned as the first headlining act to perform to the general public at Los Angeles’ new SoFi Stadium. There hadn’t been any official word on whether or not the Insomniac-hosted evening would be documented for both those fortunate enough to be in attendance and those who experienced the show through VictorVisits’ YouTube upload, but Kaskade came through in the clutch as he always does, unexpectedly sharing a professionally streamed 4K video of his two-hour set.
It’s certainly well known at this point, but the set was unequivocally Kaskade at his finest. Opening with his spine-chilling introductory edit of “Solid Ground,” Kaskade filled the remaining tracklist selections with all-time blends of “Eyes” and “Reload,” “Something Something” and “Champs,” an unreleased ID at the 44-minute mark, and an unforgettable moment of sharing the stage with deadmau5 for “I Remember” near the night’s conclusion.
