Porter Robinson enjoys a scenic drive in new ‘do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do’ visual
Porter Robinson‘s sophomore LP Nurture arrived in April, the producer’s long-awaited return with what fans had spent seven years patiently waiting for. Propelling himself back to reality and taking a minute to stop and appreciate his surroundings, Nurture acted to counter-balance Robinson’s beloved debut full-length release, Worlds. Sharing the album in the blooming green of springtime, Robinson continues Nurture‘s theme of natural beauty with a new music video for his single “do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do.”
The music video weaves through a green neighborhood, with houses quickly passing by as they’re surrounded by glowing grass, ivy-coated trees, and sparkling sunshine. Taking the driver’s seat, the video allows viewers to look out through both windows and the road. Passing houses catch the eye as the peaceful melody of Porter’s vocals dance alongside the scenic road.
Robinson is currently prepping for his second annual Second Sky event. Taking place on September 18 and 19, the two-day event sold out in minutes and will see performances from the likes of Madeon, Toro y Moi, Jon Hopkins, Jacob Collier, Jai Wolf, and more.
