Bronx-born, Brooklyn-based Young-Borra is back in the sonic driver’s seat with a new joint bearing LEFTI’s production touch. That’s “Hotter Than Yours,” a bold house stint threaded with a saxophone sample and a boastful lyrical hook verbalized by model Flavia Prado. Said to be Young-Borra’s “first foray” into house, “Hotter Than Yours” finds the native New Yorker courting an unconventional flavor, allowing the single to stand out as something other than a reproduced house archetype.
