Bonobo announces new LP ‘Fragments,’ shares lead single
After 12 mysterious billboards popped up across the world, Bonobo has announced a new album Fragments, due January 14, 2022 via Ninjatune. The album announcement is accompanied by news of a world tour that will kick off in Nashville, Tennesse on February 18, and the LP’s first single, “Rosewood.”
“Rosewood” finds calming instrumentals made to get listeners grooving amid its shaking tones. Soft vocals dance along the length of the track, their muted tones whispering through the scattering synths. An accompanying visual for “Rosewood” was also released, with the artwork created by Neil Krug. Speaking on the album and how it was created, Bonobo said,
“I remembered all over again how much I loved crowds and movement and people connecting with each other.”
