Voost ignites the party with latest house single ‘Sometimes It Hurts’
Holland’s Voost returns to Spinnin’ Records in a big way with his new single “Sometimes It Hurts,” a disco-drenched party track that happily leaves all of its somber notes at the door.
Voost brings an impressive resume at just 23 years old, having already found support from the likes of dance music titans such as Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Tiësto, and Alesso. Stylistically, “Sometimes It Hurts” lands within the realm of UK house, but a brief tour through Voost’s growing discography paints a picture of an artist still finding his sound. Although earlier tracks like “Drop That” and “Only One” came with a distinct main stage flare, Voost’s latest sound shows much appreciated touch of musical restraint, a perfect complement to his polished production style.
