Astro Arcade: Slushii announces next album with new single, accompanying anime episode

Slushii is ending 2021 with a splash, announcing his next album through the release of his newest single “Turn It Up.” In addition to the music, Slushii will be releasing an full-fledged anime film to accompany the album, due via Monstercat in 2022. The first episode in the anime series is out now via Monstercat Uncaged’s YouTube page.
Slushii’s forthcoming LP is a project three years in the making, and “Turn It Up” sees the producer return to his roots with ominous builds, sweeping dubstep drops, and melodic vocals. The previously released singles “All I Need,” which debuted in Fortnite, and “Valhalla” which launched Slushii’s SMITE God skin, will also be featured on the album. Moving into the next year, Slushii will integrate cinematic themes in his album artwork, live show experience, costume design, and more.
