Stream Boris Brejcha’s 10th LP, ‘Never Stop Dancing’
The man in the mask—otherwise known as the techno innovator of the past two decades, Boris Brejcha—has unleashed his 10th album, Never Stop Dancing. Utilizing classic techno tropes including cascades of smooth synth work and snapping basslines, not to mention more than 20 years’ worth of production experience, Brejcha’s most recent escapade is a masterful progression of his well-honed sound and was aptly delivered on his 40th birthday.
The 12-track LP spans more than an hour-and-a-half of play time, compiling features from Arctic Lake and Brejcha’s real-life partner Ginger, a mainstay on the album who appears on multiple tracklistings, including July’s “Take A Ride.” Ginger’s robotic and illustrious vocals neatly tie the album together, careening through five of the 12 cuts.
Driving through the album’s premiere single “Spicy,” a softer and more melodic cut, the LP takes listeners on a voyage through the fun-loving Arctic Lake collaboration, “House Music,” which ultimately gives way to an inspiring dance anthem and the album’s title track, “Never Stop Dancing.” The latter half of the LP is an ode to trance music, fusing evocative breakdowns and background melodies that drive each track forward.
Never Stop Dancing follows Brejcha’s 2021 EPs EXIT, Matrix, and Vodka & Orange, as well as his 2020 album, Space Diver, which ranked among Dancing Astronaut’s Top 20 Electronic Albums of 2020. Stream the maestro’s 10th album below.
