Cloonee unlocks coveted ‘Turn Off The Lights’ remix via Black Book Records

Nearing its three-year release anniversary, Chris Lake’s “Turn Off The Lights” has received a highly-anticipated second official remix. Lake’s beloved tech-house protégé, and one of Dancing Astronaut’s Artists To Watch in 2022, Cloonee has etched his name into the hit record’s legacy with a brand new granular adaptation. His remix of the Alexis Roberts-backed single arrives almost three years after Cages’ official revision dropped in tandem with the original back in February 2018. Cloonee teased the remix on Facebook in early January, writing,

“The one you’ve all been waiting for…Honoured to have been entrusted with this record. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.”

The Black Book-certified rework marks the UK tech-house tastemaker’s first release since unlocking his massively sought-after ID “Love You Like That” last September, which has since garnered north of 2 million streams on Spotify. On top of cementing his first work of 2022, Cloonee has unveiled a list of show dates for his “Ride Or Die Winter Tour,” currently spanning across North America and Brazil.
