FrostTop unleashes NIGHTMODE-supported single ‘ASTER’
FrostTop received a nod as one of Dancing Astronaut’s Artists to Watch in 2022 largely because of the refreshing take on trap that he’s displayed this far into his fledgling career. And although trap music is a large part of who the producer is, it’s not what defines him. In a post on Instagram, FrostTop says the NIGHTMODE-supported single “ASTER” shows off “the other side of my vision.” The track remains rooted in the music for which we know and love him, but ventures further into the melodic side of dance music than FrostTop has ever gone.
Newly 21-years-old, FrostTop celebrates his birthday with yet another festival-ready single. Not yet a part of that catalog is his unreleased collaboration with fellow San Diego Waterboy, ISOxo, that the pair debuted on stage together at the Nightrealm producer’s EP premiere in Los Angeles. It landed on our list of the most-anticipated IDs of 2022 and is just one of many things that we have to look forward to in FrostTop’s bright future. Listen to “ASTER” below.
