LCD Soundsystem announce Boston and Philadelphia residencies
After cancelling the remainder of their Brooklyn residency due to COVID-19 complications, LCD Soundsystem recently announced back-to-back residencies in Boston and Philadelphia for this upcoming spring. Venues and dates include Philly’s Franklin Music Hall from March 28 – 31 and Boston’s Roadrunner on April 3 – 6.
The band, fronted by James Murphy, will also serve as the musical guest on the episode of Saturday Night Live slated for February 26. LCD Soundsystem also plans to perform at the Bilbao BBK Live festival in Bilbao, Spain in July and at the debut This Ain’t No Picnic event in August in Pasadena, California.
