Max Styler, Maggie Szabo make ‘History’ with striking new single
Max Styler has unveiled a new single alongside vocalist Maggie Szabo, fuzing the uplifting chords of UK house with the dark, rolling grooves of progressive club beats, resulting in a track that simply hits on all fronts.
The new release “History” is the next musical step in both rising talents’ current hot-streak. Styler rides into this single on a wave of momentum after launching Atlantic Garden, a playful-yet-polished project alongside Friend Within, while Szabo was recently announced as a co-writer for Spain’s 2022 Eurovision entry. Joining forces on the new single, Styler’s mature, beyond-his-year production creates the perfect stage for Szabo’s piercing vocal performance—that is, until the tune drops into dimly lit clubbing bliss.

“This song holds a lot of memories for me because it was written during my trip to Amsterdam, which is one of my favourite places to visit. I wrote it with a few friends just outside of the city, and we knew it was going to take the right producer to help us get it to the finish line. Max heard the song and knew exactly where to take it. I love his musical sensibility and I’m so glad the stars aligned for us to work together on this release!”
