Above & Beyond tap Mat Zo for progressive trance roller, ‘Always Do’
Above & Beyond, comprised of Anjunabeats label bosses Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki, has enlisted Mat Zo for stage-ready anthem that brings about the best of the joint outfit. “Always Do” marks Above & Beyond’s first collaborative effort with Mat Zo, though Zo previously remixed the veteran trio and Richard Bedford’s “Thing Called Love” back in 2012. The new collaborative single endured thorough crowd-testing during the Anjunafamily Reunion Tour last fall, which featured a pair of sold-out showcases at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Now, the progressive record fittingly arrives ahead of Anjunabeats’ Mat Zo-assisted label shows in London and Miami, preceding yet another Mat Zo performance at The Gorge for Group Therapy Weekender 2022.
