London standouts Joy Club and TIEKS join musical forces for “Lifted.” Out now, the new release represents the modern UK sound at its finest, first fusing classic piano-house chords with vulnerable vocals, then garnishing it all with a touch of acid spice.
Newcomers to the scene as of 2019, Joy Club simply want to live up to their name, displaying upbeat grooves and general positivity with their Grammy-nominated musical talents. Largely known for their rework of Martin Solveig‘s “Juliet & Romeo,” the trio has quickly garnered the industry’s respect for its feel-good sound. On “Lifted,” Joy Club finds a synergistic partner in TIEKS, who complement the former’s sound with a distinctive soulful, deep atmosphere.
