KEPIK returns to Ophelia Records, ‘Clearer Now EP’ in tow
Bay Area producer KEPIK makes his long-form Ophelia Records debut with his four-track EP, Clearer Now EP. The project marks KEPIK’s second Ophelia release, following his collaboration with Nick Ledesma on Ophelia Presents: Advent Volume 2.
The EP also features vocals from Irish native Conor Clinch, production/writer duo Exede, and Meggie York. The vocals pair well with KEPIKs’ melodic, dark soundscapes which tumble into powerful breakdowns, highlighting the producer’s technique and musicality.
“My Clearer Now EP not only showcases my best work to date, but also represents this new turning point of my style and sound that I’m excited to explore more of,” KEPIK said.
Beyond Ophelia, KEPIK has received attention from labels such as Monstercat and Armada, as well as artists like ILLENIUM and Seven Lions. In 2021, KEPIK played in support of Porter Robinson’s Second Sky Afterparty and notably opened the Bill Graham Civic Center for Ophelia’s Pantheon Tour.
