Disruption is a fitting name for an EP that dives headfirst into dark-techno, and that’s precisely what one of Dancing Astronaut’s Artists to Watch in 2022, KILL SCRIPT, does on the collaborative EP with Sam WOLFE. Fresh off “Forever,” a melodic-techno tune with Crooked Bangs released in January, KILL SCRIPT has done a 180 within the techno genre. Disruption produces loud and aggressive synths with heavy-hitting techno drums. “Disruption” and “Blackout,” the EP’s pair of tracklistings, are both gritty weapons for the dance floor and will certainly be used to darken the mood in sets.

The up-and-coming producer is making his mark in the techno world and is set to headline his debut San Francisco show at Audio Nightclub on April 8. Hosted by Space Yacht, KILL SCRIPT’s first show in the Bay Area can be expected to cause techno chaos, but in the meantime, streamers can find it below, too.
