Ultra Music Festival this year was a reunion for much of the EDM world after almost 2 years of lockdowns. It was a time for the old guard to return and show off exactly what made them icons in the first place. Stand out performances were abound in Miami this year and Protocol Recordings’ boss Nicky Romero came out swinging during his main stage performance with a bevvy of new productions. Fans will recognize “Pressure” as the opening track of Nicky Romero‘s Ultra set last month. Serving as an announcement that the the big room icon is back, Romero shows off exactly what made him one of the best in the business. Between its trumpeting synths, progressively building melodies, and dance-worthy drops, “Pressure” has all the elements of a true festival anthem from one of the greats.
