The rollout for Armin van Buuren’s album trilogy begins with ‘Feel Again’
Armin van Buuren has announced quite the ambitious musical undertaking—a trifecta of albums that he hopes “will inspire listeners to come together, seize the moment and, above all else, feel again.”
On May 30, the Global Oceans Ambassador cemented the series’ lead single. The trilogy’s title track, “Feel Again,” arrives via Armada Music and features vocals from American singer-songwriter Stephen Wrabel, mononymously known as Wrabel.
Although van Buuren has yet to confirm the release dates for the latter installations, he has announced that Feel Again, Part 1 will materialize on June 10. The Dutch DJ contextualized the Feel Again series in an official statement, remarking
“I’m really excited to announce my upcoming Feel Again album series. The past couple of years have been particularly trying for everyone, and I feel it’s time to not only bring my fans together on dance floors again, but also to show the lessons I’ve learned throughout my career and in the past two years in particular.”
After a headlining show in Manchester last month—his first performance in the city in half a decade—van Buuren took over Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome for five “This Is Me – Feel Again” concerts between June 2 – 5. Looking ahead, the A State of Trance (ASOT) label boss is gearing up for six shows in Ibiza this summer, as well as an array of international tour dates, including an appearance at New York City’s Electric Zoo 3.0, that currently run through March 4, 2023.
