SLANDER, RL Grime lead first-year ÜLÉ Music & Arts Festival lineup

From June 24 – 25, ÜLÉ Music & Arts Festival will command Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, Missouri for two days of electronic and hip-hop, led by SLANDER and RL Grime, who will headline Friday and Saturday, respectively. An eclectic cast of artists, including Ski Mask The Slump God, Jai Wolf, Elohim, Strap Back, and Broderick Jones will take to the stage on June 24; June 25 will feature performances from Lil Skies, Ekali, Sebastian Paul, Jooby Truth, and Matt Easton.

ÜLÉ is the brainchild of brothers Austin and Jake Laing, who have produced events in Kansas City for 10-plus years under the “Project Laing” name. The formation of their events production project can be traced back to 2014, when the Laings were finding their footing in the space through the organization of massive house parties. In the years that have followed, they have since planned and hosted events in their Kansas City hometown for artists like Post Malone, with a focus on integrating the local community into their events as vendors, suppliers, employees, and, of course, attendees.

Hot air balloons will be on site at the first-year festival, offering riders an aerial view of ÜLÉ Music & Arts Festival and Children’s Mercy Park’s surrounding area. Project Laing will look to add camping to the annual event’s list of amenities in the years to come.

Two-day passes and single-day tickets to ÜLÉ are currently available for purchase here. View the event’s trailer and lineup poster below.
